Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Screen Print Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in screen printing within the industry, with expertise in operating and maintaining screen printing equipment. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and ensuring the smooth running of our printing processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle setup and calibration of screen printing equipment for various projects.
• Work closely with design teams to interpret artwork for printing.
• Perform colour tests and adjustments to meet client specifications.
• Contribute to a strong team environment focused on achieving excellent quality prints.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certifications or vocational training in screen printing preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in screen printing operations.

Technical Skills

• Ink mixing and colour matching
• Quality control

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with heat transfer printing methods.: Experience with alternative printing techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on printing equipment.: Hands-on knowledge of machine maintenance.
