We are on the lookout for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Bristol team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries and providing solutions. Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs.
  • Document and analyze customer feedback to identify trends.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Facilitate smooth handovers between departments when necessary.

  • Support other team members and share insights for better customer engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles
Technical Skills
  • Experience with Zendesk
  • Data entry skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
