Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be pivotal in fostering customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Your role will involve onboarding new customers, addressing their inquiries, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling.

Responsibilities

  • Guide new customers through product setup and utilisation.
  • Handle customer queries efficiently and escalate issues as needed.
  • Analyze customer engagement and work on enhancing their experience.
  • Propose product updates based on customer feedback and needs.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales in identifying expansion opportunities within accounts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years in customer service or customer relationship management
