Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant team members or managers.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve customer service processes.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Process customer payments and update customer accounts where necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in customer service are a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment
