Flight Coordinator

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Flight Coordinator to join our dedicated team in East Kilbride. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of flight operations, working closely with pilots, ground staff, and clients to ensure a seamless experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Manage logistical requirements for flights including ground transportation and accommodation for crew.
• Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all flights, including permits and flight plans.
• Facilitate communication between different stakeholders in the aviation process to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation or Logistics
• Postgraduate qualifications in related fields are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in flight coordination or aviation management

• Logistics Management

Certifications

• Aviation Safety Certification
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
