Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical concerns for clients promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in product installations and configurations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to improve service delivery.
  • Create detailed reports on support issues for internal review.
  • Engage in product testing and feedback for upcoming releases.
  • Provide 1:1 training sessions with clients to improve their user experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Industry-relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years in technical support or a related field preferred
