Job Description

As a Visitor Services Technician, you will provide exceptional technical and customer service support to visitors at our facility. You will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while assisting with technical inquiries and operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, responding to enquiries and providing guidance and information.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the visitor attraction.
  • Operate equipment and technology including audio guides, ticketing systems, and lighting and sound systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor numbers and ticket sales.
  • Provide first aid assistance to visitors as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher Education or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience in a cultural facility or museum is advantageous.
