Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager in Brighton who will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a proven track record in building long-lasting client relationships. Your role will centre around providing insights, guidance, and support to our customers, enabling them to maximise the value they receive from our services. You will collaborate closely with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions to our services.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on best practices to achieve their goals.
  • Utilise CRM tools to track client interactions and progress.
  • Facilitate training sessions and webinars for clients to enhance product understanding.
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to influence product development.
  • Develop resources such as guides, FAQs, and video tutorials tailored for clients.

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with SaaS products: Knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) industry standards.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role: Experience leading teams or projects in customer success.
