Job Description

We are seeking a Passenger Attendant to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for customer service, and a valid UK driver's license. Your role will involve helping ensure the smooth operation of vehicle services while providing exceptional assistance to passengers.

Responsibilities

  • Move vehicles to and from various locations efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of vehicles to ensure high standards.
  • Carry out routine checks on vehicle functionality.
  • Help to manage vehicle parking and organization.
  • Maintain records of vehicle status and services performed.
  • Work with team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Commit to continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with special requests from staff or clients as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • No formal qualifications required, but GCSEs are advantageous.
Experience
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
