Job Description

We are looking for a driven Account Manager to join our Glasgow team. The ideal candidate will excel at cultivating relationships, managing accounts, and providing top-tier customer support. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the overall health of assigned accounts.
  • Implement retention strategies to reduce customer churn.
  • Engage with clients through regular check-ins and performance reviews.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights.
  • Develop client success stories to support marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with the technical support team to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely billing and contract management.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss account updates and strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support or account management
