Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and support requests.
  • Deliver prompt and accurate responses to customer concerns.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles for common issues.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives to enhance the service experience.
  • Support onboarding for new team members as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, ideally in a contact center environment

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience working in a contact centre environment: Knowledge of support operations in a busy call centre is beneficial.
