Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Tech Solutions Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS
