Job Description

As a Traveler Changer, you will be responsible for providing foreign currency exchange services to travellers. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction while handling transactions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate seamless currency exchange while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Engage with customers to provide tailored currency solutions based on their needs.
  • Conduct daily audits of cash balances to confirm accuracy.
  • Implement promotional offers to enhance customer engagement.
  • Assist in training new team members on customer service best practices.
  • Regularly review operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and share feedback.
  • Generate reports on daily transactions for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience in foreign currency exchange or banking industry is advantageous.

Languages
