Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products. You will cultivate strong relationships with clients, facilitate onboarding, and continuously monitor customer health to drive retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding processes to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Manage and develop customer success metrics to track engagement.
  • Identify at-risk customers and implement retention strategies.
  • Conduct business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate on product changes based on customer feedback.
  • Engage customers to advocate for the brand within their networks.
  • Prepare tailored content and resources that support customer usage.
  • Develop strong partnerships with clients to drive value realization.
  • Actively contribute to the overall success and strategy of the customer success team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Relevant certification in Customer Success is a plus

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
