Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT systems and a passion for helping others. You will work closely with our software development team to ensure optimal system performance and provide training to users.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer support requests via phone, email, and chat.
  • Prepare reports on support activities and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop training materials for internal staff and users.
  • Conduct training sessions for new users.
  • Coordinate with external service providers, as needed.
