Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting our innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Strategically plan and execute account management initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams.
  • Monitor satisfaction levels and address concerns proactively.
  • Provide clear and actionable insights based on client feedback.
  • Support contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies for accounts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • MBA is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in account management
