Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our Southampton team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, building lasting relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic mind and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with existing clients to maximize retention.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and drive them to closure.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews and present results to clients.
  • Collaborate with project management to ensure timely delivery.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or similar field
  • Professional qualifications in sales or marketing are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in a similar role with a proven track record
