Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of customer service representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our call centre, overseeing daily activities, and maintaining performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring effective service delivery.
  • Manage agent performance through coaching and development.
  • Create and maintain performance metrics to track team success.
  • Resolve customer complaints and enhance client relationships.
  • Formulate training sessions for staff to elevate service standards.
  • Work closely with management to drive strategic improvements.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma required; degree in business or related field preferred.
Experience
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role within a call centre environment.
