Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Support Consultant who thrives in a customer-focused environment. You’ll be responsible for liaising with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions, which will enhance our customer relationships and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer support.
  • Troubleshoot product-related questions and provide effective solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to promote retention.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction after resolution.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and improvement strategies.
  • Assist in the creation of customer service resources and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or Business preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in technical support
Technical Skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with remote support tools
Soft Skills
  • Patience
  • Teamwork
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with the tech industry: Knowledge of technology products and services.
