Job Description

As an Ager, you'll play a crucial role in the textile production process by monitoring and controlling the aging of products to ensure they meet the desired standards of quality and performance. You will work within a dynamic production team to achieve goals focused on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the aging timeline of products and report any discrepancies.
• Document procedural changes and maintain detailed records.
• Work alongside quality assurance to ensure all product specifications are met.
• Utilise monitoring systems for temperature and humidity control.
• Engage in proactive communication with the production team and management.
• Assist in maintaining equipment used in the aging process.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Ensure raw materials are adequately prepared for the aging stages.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications or courses in food technology or quality control would be advantageous.

Experience

• Experience with sensory evaluation of aged products is a plus.
