Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dedicated team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients through effective relationship management and support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
  • Champion customer needs within the company, advocating for improvements.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Proactively reach out to customers regarding renewals and upgrades.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present periodic customer success reports.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
Technical Skills
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

Languages
