Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous Toll Settlement Clerk to efficiently manage toll settlement transactions. The successful candidate will have excellent numerical skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and collections.
Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end toll settlement process, ensuring all transactions are accurately logged.
Prepare monthly reconciliation statements for management review.
Communicate with third-party vendors for resolving payment discrepancies.
Educate customers on toll settlement processes as needed.
Utilise accounting software to streamline financial reporting.
Conduct audits of toll collection data to ensure compliance with regulations.
Work closely with the finance team to forecast revenue trends.
Participate in regular meetings to discuss toll operational improvements.
Develop training materials for new hires in the toll department.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant certification in Accounting or Finance is preferred
Experience
Prior experience in toll operations or financial settlements is desirable.
