Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Technical Support Specialist to join our dedicated team in Belfast. The ideal candidate will provide first-class support to our clients, troubleshooting issues effectively and ensuring resolution. A strong emphasis will be placed on customer service, technical proficiency, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for client technical issues.
  • Resolve issues across a variety of software and hardware systems.
  • Maintain detailed records of problems and resolutions.
  • Provide training to clients on new technology implementations.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve service efficiency.
  • Keep communication clear and professional with all stakeholders.
  • Participate in team meetings and share feedback.
  • Utilise troubleshooting tools to diagnose and fix technical issues.
  • Support product launches and customer onboarding processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
Experience
  • 2+ years of technical support experience, preferably in a corporate environment
