Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Customer Experience Manager who is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our customers. The successful candidate will lead initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction, managing feedback loops, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of customer engagement programmes.
  • Work closely with product teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Facilitate workshops to enhance customer service skills among staff.
  • Evaluate and improve customer onboarding processes.
  • Serve as a mentor for team members to develop their career in customer experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects based on customer feedback.
  • Present findings to stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service or experience management roles

Languages
  • English: Fluent
