Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in Cardiff. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring successful onboarding, training, and long-term engagement of our clients.
Responsibilities
Oversee the onboarding of new clients and provide training on product functionalities.
Resolve client issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Build enduring relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and long-term partnerships.
Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure optimal use of our products.
Identify potential upsell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to enhance account growth.
Gather and communicate customer feedback to relevant departments for continued service improvement.
Prepare and deliver presentations on product updates and success stories to clients.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
5+ years of experience in customer success or related fields
