Job Description

The Maintenance Services Dispatcher will coordinate and dispatch maintenance requests to field technicians, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction by managing communication between clients and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming maintenance requests via phone and email.
• Prioritise tasks based on urgency and resources available.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities are documented and tracked.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and technicians.
• Assist in training new team members on dispatch procedures.
• Conduct regular reviews of dispatch operations to enhance efficiency.
• Engage with service providers to coordinate additional support when needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanour at all times.
