Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Guest Services Associate to join our team in Bolton. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their experience is positive and memorable from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
Assist guests during check-in and check-out processes with a friendly approach.
Manage guest reservations using the hotel's booking system.
Address all guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
Perform daily audits of the front desk to ensure accuracy.
Help promote hotel amenities and services to guests.
Contribute to a positive work environment and team culture.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Higher education in Hospitality or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
1-3 years experience in a similar role
