We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Agent to enhance our team. You will be responsible for responding to customer queries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving product-related queries.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
