Job Description

We're looking for a proactive Customer Support Executive to join our Bristol team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our customers, addressing their queries, and enhancing their overall experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to resolve queries and issues effectively.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on product usage.
  • Assist in creating customer support documentation and FAQs.
  • Collaborate with team members for continuous improvement of support strategies.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and work towards meeting KPIs.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback and service performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Technical Skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Data entry

Languages
  • English: Fluent
