In this role, you will be the frontline for customer support, assisting clients with technical issues and ensuring they receive top-notch service. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of technical support processes and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming support requests.
  • Utilise remote assistance tools to support customers effectively.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve support processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Computer Science or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support role within the tech industry
