Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive Call Center Representative to join our Birmingham team. This role involves supporting customers through various channels while providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to de-escalate customer concerns.
  • Contribute to the development of customer service protocols and templates.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Support new team members during their onboarding process.
  • Continuously improve personal skills through training and feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • NVQ/SVQ in Customer Service is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre environment
