Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our Hull office. In this role, you will provide expert assistance to our clients, resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively. Your strong communication skills will be essential as you liaise with both clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for technical issues.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure issues have been resolved.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss service quality and improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Help maintain the technical support infrastructure and tools.

Requirements

Education
  • A-levels or equivalent qualification
  • Degree in IT or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles
