We are seeking a Telephone Operator to manage and direct incoming and outgoing calls through a PBX system. This role involves operating a switchboard and routing calls to the appropriate personnel while providing general information to callers.
Responsibilities
Manage and route incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
Provide assistance with conference calls and video meetings.
Help update and maintain the company directory.
Perform basic troubleshooting for communication systems.
Contribute to a smooth communication flow between departments.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Prior experience operating a switchboard or PBX system preferred.
