Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to communicate effectively. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely follow-up with customers.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles for common issues.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A level qualifications preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
