Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Photostat Operator to play a crucial role in our printing department. The successful candidate will operate photostat machines, ensuring the accuracy and quality of reproduced documents for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Effectively operate and maintain photostat machines to ensure high-quality document reproduction.
• Adjust machine settings to meet specific output requirements.
• Monitor supply levels of paper and toner to prevent workflow disruptions.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and resolve common technical issues.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external clients.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding document handling and security.
• Train new staff on operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Assist in developing best practices for document copying and management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience as a Photostat Operator or in a related field

Technical Skills

• Photostat machine operation
• Basic computer skills

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with advanced photostat technologies: Familiarity with newer photostat machines and printing technologies.
