Job Description

Join our team as a New Accounts Clerk where your primary role will be to assist clients in renting safe deposit boxes. You’ll ensure the security and confidentiality of items stored and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the rental process and explain box sizes and pricing options.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and processed.
  • Monitor access to the safe deposit box area to prevent unauthorized entry.
  • Address customer questions and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe environment within the deposit area.
  • Assist in auditing safe deposit boxes and ensuring they meet security standards.
  • Engage with clients to enhance their experience and build relationships.
  • Report any suspicious activity to management immediately.

Requirements

Education
  • Additional certifications in customer service or banking are advantageous.
Experience
  • Experience with safe deposit box operations is a plus.
