We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Glasgow. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of Zendesk or similar support software
  • Data entry skills
