Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will lead initiatives that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure they derive maximum value from our products. Your role will be pivotal in bridging communication between customers and our internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring they are set up for success.
  • Serve as a dedicated account manager for assigned clients.
  • Communicate customer needs and advocate for their interests internally.
  • Monitor customer health scores and proactively address any areas of concern.
  • Provide insights to the product team based on customer feedback and needs.
  • Support the sales team by participating in client meetings and presentations.
  • Report on account status and customer feedback to the management team.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to act as a credible advisor to clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration
Experience
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role within the technology sector
