Job Description

We are currently seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about helping customers and providing outstanding service. The ideal candidate will manage customer queries effectively across various channels while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer issues.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services.
  • Follow established processes to ensure customer issues are addressed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and manage ticket statuses in our support system.
  • Set appropriate expectations with customers regarding resolution timelines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • A-levels or equivalent qualification
  • Degree in a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
