Job Description

As an Account Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will ensure client satisfaction and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver effective solutions tailored to client needs. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee account management processes and activities to ensure customer success.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Create tailored solutions for clients based on their specific needs and goals.
  • Ensure all client requests and communications are handled in a timely manner.
  • Lead client reviews and strategy sessions to drive account improvement.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to generate additional revenue.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and account details.
  • Support the marketing team in developing campaigns targeted at existing accounts.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on client insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or similar roles
