Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Clerk to provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about resolving customer issues, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints through various channels.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve service delivery.
  • Support the training of new customer service team members.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements based on trends.
  • Assist with report generation related to customer service metrics.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Engage in regular training and development opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant qualification in customer service or management is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role
