Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Customer Experience Advisor to join our team in Inverness. This role involves engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and providing tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Guide customers through processes and troubleshooting steps.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback for service improvements.
  • Engage with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Utilise management software to record and manage customer interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused role
