Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the best support and guidance for our services. Your role involves building strong relationships, understanding clients' needs, and driving product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively assess customer health scores and take action to mitigate risks.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer experience and retention.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide strategic input to product development.
  • Assist in preparing monthly or quarterly business reviews with clients.
  • Champion customer needs within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • Master's degree in Customer Experience or related field is preferred
