Responsibilities
Engage with clients to identify needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
Handle inquiries regarding market trends and investment opportunities.
Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance retention.
Track customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Work with the sales team to develop strategies for upselling products.
Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge.
Monitor customer accounts and flag any unusual activity.
Provide support in the development of marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape.
Report on sales performance and identified challenges to management.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Economics is highly preferred
Experience
More than 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles
