Job Description

We are in search of a highly organized and proactive Janitorial Manager to lead our cleaning team effectively. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing cleaning protocols, and ensuring all facilities maintain exceptional cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure that the team follows established procedures.
  • Implement efficient cleaning practices to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Regularly assess cleaning equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Maintain safety standards and ensure that the team is trained in proper cleaning protocols.
  • Create and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and staff.
  • Address any training needs for the janitorial team to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with management on facility service improvements.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of cleaning strategies.
  • Implement new cleaning technologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Act as a point of contact for client communication regarding cleaning services.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Training or certification in facility management is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience managing janitorial services.
