Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will oversee client accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction. You will develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with our services.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for client communications.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Lead project management efforts for client initiatives.
  • Evaluate and improve client experience based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Attend industry events and conferences as a representative of the firm.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years of account management experience
