Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide high-quality technical support.
  • Analyze and prioritize support requests based on severity and impact.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting and support workflows.
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow through until resolution is achieved.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a technical support capacity
