Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will lead initiatives that ensure our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our services. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them derive maximum value, driving product adoption and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Engage in quarterly business reviews with key accounts to assess needs.
  • Research market trends to enhance customer experience and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing for customer success stories and testimonials.
  • Provide direct feedback to the product development teams based on customer input.
  • Champion the voice of the customer within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS
