Job Description

As a Client Relations Associate at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be the primary point of contact for our clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers. We are looking for someone with outstanding communication skills and a passion for enhancing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role is preferred
