Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Analyst to join our team in Inverness. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage and track customer issues to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles for internal reference.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide insights on customer needs.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and share best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
